How is pricing determined?

Kayvia uses an agreed one-time setup fee. Additional modules and custom work are separately scoped. Applicable transaction fees are confirmed with your payment arrangements before activation.

Can we use our own brand and domain?

Yes. Share your preferred domain and brand details in onboarding. Domain ownership, DNS and setup requirements are reviewed before connection.

How do supported payment workflows work?

Paystack workflows depend on approved payment and settlement configuration. The applicable transaction fees and arrangements are confirmed with you before activation.

Do you provision a workspace as soon as we submit?

No. Your onboarding submission starts a review. Scope, setup fee, payment arrangements and any verification are agreed before provisioning.
